「 Terms of Service 」
Once I accept your commission request, your slot will be officially reserved, and I will begin working on it as soon as possible.
The estimated turnaround time for illustrations is 8–14 days after your commission has been confirmed.
If you're experiencing any issues with your payment, please let me know as soon as possible so we can discuss a solution.
All payments must be completed within one (1) month of confirming your commission.
If you choose the 50% upfront payment option, the remaining balance must be paid before the final high-resolution artwork is delivered. The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable if the commission is canceled due to non-payment.
A full refund will be issued if I am unable to complete your commission due to personal, academic, or unforeseen circumstances.
Minor revisions are free during the sketch stage. 2 or more Major changes requested after approval may incur an additional fee.
Please do not claim my artwork as your own. Credit is appreciated whenever possible.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, I reserve the right to post completed commissions in my portfolio and on my social media.
Commercial use is not included unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

「 Payment Terms 」
International Clients: Payments are accepted via PayPal or Wise (bank transfer to GoTyme Bank).
Philippine Clients: Payments are accepted via GCash, Maya, or GoTyme Bank.
「 Payment Options 」
Option 1 – 50% Upfront: A 50% down payment is required to secure your commission slot. The remaining 50% is due after the final preview/draft has been presented and before the high-resolution files are delivered.
Option 2 – Pay in Full: The commissioner may choose to pay 100% upfront before work begins.
